A ride is confirmed after the route, date, passenger number and pickup details are accepted by the team on WhatsApp.
Prices and passengers
Standard fixed prices apply to normal 1-4 passenger transfers. Larger groups, extra luggage, special timing or 8-seat vehicles are confirmed by WhatsApp before pickup.
Deposit and payment
A small deposit may be requested to secure the ride. The payment method and remaining balance are confirmed by WhatsApp before the customer pays.
Pickup details
Travelers should send the exact pickup point, flight number when relevant, luggage details and surfboard information before the ride.
Changes
If the time, pickup point or passenger count changes, message the team as early as possible so availability can be reconfirmed.
