Late cancellation or no-show
Very late cancellations or no-shows may not be refundable if the driver has already been allocated or is already on the way.
Flight delays
For airport pickups, send the flight number so timing can be adjusted when possible.
Route changes
Different pickup/drop-off points, extra stops or larger vehicles may change the final price and must be confirmed by WhatsApp.
